A HR software that combines a number of systems and processes to ensure the easy management of human resources, business processes and data. Human Resources Software is used by businesses to combine a number of necessary HR functions, such as storing employee data, managing payrolls, recruitment processes, benefits administration and keeping track of attendance records. It ensures everyday Human Resources processes are manageable and easy to access.

It merges human resources as a discipline and, in particular, its basic HR activities and processes with the information technology field, whereas the programming of data processing systems evolved into standardized routines and packages of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software. On the whole, these ERP systems have their origin from software that integrates information from different applications into one universal database. The linkage of its financial and human resource modules through one database is the most important distinction to the individually and proprietarily developed predecessors, which makes this software application both rigid and flexible.


As per our Client Requirement, a web application was developed by us where important modules are Leave Apply, Attendance Record, and Departmental promotion committee.The platform allowed the users to maintain all employee records, company policy and Employee Self Service Record.


Opportune HRMS solution was evaluated by customer HR & IT rigorously. The key solution that has been implemented are -

  • Integration with Biometric devices to capture biometric punches on real time basis.
  • Dynamic Shift Planning: On an average there are 5-6 different shifts,These are planned on monthly basis in the system.
  • Shit planning along with planning of holidays, weekly offs, Leaves.
  • Actual Attendance marking configured based on intelligent Attendance & Leave rule based engine: Attendance marking should refer to Shift Plan, Holiday master, Leave balances, Working hrs rule, late marking rules, 24 hrs Shift cycle to determine calendar day for attendance.
  • Defined Set of Attendance Status that should differentiate type of Presence as well as type of absenteeism: E.g Provide Absent along with reason like due to less working hrs or no punch.
  • Most important being effective reports, MIS and Alerts for better information control: Information from system not only show facts but should provide direction to optimise processes like Shift planning.


  • Ability to maintain employee Attendance Record, that includes shift timing,in-out time, Daily Working Hours.
  • Ability to maintain Leave Plan, Special Leave Request, all features of Leave module.
